The limitations and problems of eyebrow transplant techniques

Implanted hairs according to appearance features like color, thickness, straightness or being wavy, and growth rate differ from the eyebrow hair. Implanted hair often after a while becomes pretty much similar to the eyebrow hair. It should be mentioned that implanted hair will grow much more than the natural eyebrow hair which this gap will be decreased in second and third transplant session. Although implanted hairs never completely look like the natural eyebrow.
Natural eyebrow hair lay down on the skin with an angle degree of 10-20.
Eyebrow transplant in arch area does not have any problems, because the growth angle of hair is maximum; but as towards to the end of the eyebrow, the implantation get more delicate and complicated due to decreasing of the angle and hair more lay down.
Note: Suggesting solution is using the headband for few weeks after eyebrow transplant.
Greasing the implanted hair after growth, helps to lay down the hair more.
Note: Because of removing the hair from the area other than the eyebrow, power of the hair growth is decreased and patient should wait 6-9 months till the eyebrow implantation completely succeeds.
On average, 100-200 grafts are enough for each eyebrow and these grafts are often single. Double grafts are used in middle of the eyebrows. The incisions is created about 5% and 6% millimeter and regarding limitation of hair implantation for eyebrow, about 80%-90% of the implanted hairs grows which 5% of these numbers lay in improper directions. These hairs can be cut and removed.
Incisions on the skin are created by delicate and tiny instruments not to be visible transplant area.
Note: After transplant, some inflation and eyes bruise is occurred due to closeness of eyebrow to the eyes. This condition disappears quickly by hot compress and after few days.
