Apart from anesthetics and pain killer agents, laser is used in many ways to cool the skin. These methods include the use of cold gel, cold air, cold glass and coolant spray. Among these methods, the cold gel has the least effect, and the spray coolant is most effective.
What is the distance between sessions?
Depending on the area of the laser, it lasts between one and two months. The best measure of the distance between lasers is when it takes a period of time to regrow significant amount of hair. Ideal patient is the one with a bright skin but has a black and thick hair, his expectations are realistic and have no hormonal imbalance.

What cares need after laser?

There may be swelling and redness in the area where using the ice can cause it to drop. Usually no need to use the pain killer. Sometimes around the root of the hair encrusts which lasts 7 to 10 days; in these cases, antibiotic ointments are used to fall down the crust. Laser hair may continue to develop after one to two weeks after lasers. Regrowth of hair may continue 1 to 2 weeks after laser, then to fall out. The patient should avoid be exposing at the sun, as it may take 2-3 months especially for darker skin to dampen the tanning effect of the sun and postpone the treatment to the patient. It should be noted that in some patients with history of side effects of laser hair, or the probability of side effects is more in them, the test can be used; in this case, the patient will laser a point and will visit a week later, and if there is not any problems, we begin treatment.
